I have a B.A. and M.A. in Human Development. I became a certified Intuitive Eating counselor in April of 2018. I am currently training to become a Body Trust provider through Be Nourished. Prior to IE counseling, my background includes teaching at the university level, individual domestic violence and sexual assault advocacy, youth substance abuse prevention and group facilitation. While working with me, I will help you to develop a healthier relationship with food and your body. We will discuss what it's like to live in diet culture. I will support you as you choose to respect your body, in a world where we are told we should change our bodies.
