Willow Jarosh, MS, RD is a New York City based registered dietitian-nutritionist, certified intuitive eating counselor, and nationally recognized food and nutrition expert. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition and a Masters of Science in Nutrition Communications from Tufts University. She's currently seeing clients virtually. Willow began working in her private practice in 2008, while also acting as nutrition contributing editor at SELF magazine. She is the co-author of the Healthy, Happy Pregnancy Cookbook, and founder of Willow Jarosh Culinary Nutrition PC, an NYC-based private practice and culinary nutrition consulting company. Willow practices within the Health At Every Size model and takes an individualized approach with each client, respecting where they’ve been, hearing where they are, and forming a team to fully envision where they want to go. Willow works with pregnant and postpartum clients as well as those looking for a dietitian who can combine medical nutrition therapy (IBS, GERD, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure) with an Intuitive Eating approach. She also works with food/lifestyle brands and the media to help them get their messaging out in ways that don’t contribute to diet culture. Willow is a media spokesperson and has been featured in national health and lifestyle magazines and web and TV shows, including Today and Fox & Friends as well as magazines like Fitness, Good Housekeeping, Better Homes and Gardens, Men’s Journal, Consumer Reports, and more. Willow grew up in New Mexico and now lives in NYC with her husband, calico cat, and energetic toddler. You can usually find her baking sourdough bread or wandering/reading in Central Park.
