Vanessa Engelbert

Vanessa is an Associate Clinical Social Worker. Vanessa earned her Master's Degree in Social Welfare with a clinical emphasis from the University of Kansas. Vanessa has extensively worked with adults and seniors with trauma, severe and persistent mental illness, eating disorders, and addiction of all kinds. She is familiar with chronic illness and how it is linked to psychiatric health. Vanessa is trained in Intuitive Earing/Health At Every Size, Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and the Trauma Resiliency Model. She is a registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), breathwork and meditation teacher. Vanessa has a certification in Yoga and the 12 Steps Recovery (Y12SR).
