I am a certified Intuitive Eating Lay Facilitator. I'm passionate about helping women to work through their Intuitive Eating and body positivity journey, working with a Health At Every Size (HAES) approach, and I have a keen interest in eating disorders and disordered eating. I am currently working towards a BSc Hons Nutritional Therapy and have a number of nutrition based qualifications under my belt, to help inform the gentle nutrition aspect of Intuitive Eating.
