It is so hard to be anxious, feel stuck and confused, or confused about your body and food choices and not know where to start to feel better. Please know this: healing is possible. If your past has you feeling stuck, or if the present seems like it is too much to bear, there is hope. I have expertise in helping women in their motherhood journey, helping those who have had traumatic experiences that feel overwhelming today, and adolescents who need help but really don't want therapy. I use EMDR, CBT, and Intuitive Eating, and mindfulness to treat the true causes of the issue, not just the symptoms. I believe that good therapy should yield results, and that you deserve to feel at home in your own body. I will provide a warm, open atmosphere in which you can feel heard and understood without judgement. No feelings are unwelcome in my office.
