I'm a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor licensed in the provinces of Québec and Ontario. People usually seek nutritionists when they want to follow a diet or lose weight. They expect to be told what to eat, what not to eat and how much. I don’t do this. Because I have learned that we all have an innate wisdom to trust our inner cues to tell us what, how much & when to eat. We’ve just become disconnected through dieting, meal plans and portion sizes - in other words, through diet culture. Thankfully, there is another way.. I offer a compassionate, supportive and non-judgemental space to help you understand where things may have gone wrong with your eating & your relationship with food & your body. We look at the scientific evidence and challenge the cultural beliefs around diet and health. You will gain new insight & knowledge to be empowered to challenge any thoughts & beliefs that are holding you back. Intuitive Eating is the goal. I hope I can work with you to start this journey.
