I first learned about intuitive eating while working at an eating disorder treatment center and decided to try it so that I could be more of an example for the clients. I quickly fell in love with it and realized how many people have disordered eating and could benefit from this information. I hope to help people struggling with their relationship with food so they can get back to living a life aligned with their values. I graduated from Utah State University in May of 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Health Education and Promotion and minored in Mental Health and Human Development. I’m a certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, certified Health Education Specialist, and HAES aligned. I’m very passionate about this work and want to educate others so that they can be in charge of their own health. Currently, I do 1:1 coaching in person and via Zoom/Google Meets. I also hold group classes that discuss the Intuitive Eating Principles and hope to start a class soon on how to parent Intuitive Eaters!
