My focus is in worksite wellness consulting, and I currently work as the Director of Health & Wellness Consulting with GBS Benefits out of Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, I support employer groups in designing, implementing and evaluating the well-being programs they offer to their population (sometimes employee-only, other times spouses/partners/families included). A large part of how our team supports clients is in creating and providing educational content. We're focused on delivering best practice, research-backed recommendations and a specific aim has been to inform and incorporate weight-inclusive principles to our work. My education and previous work experience in sports nutrition is still a particular interest of mine, especially in regard to how IE and HAES principles translate to athletes.
