My name is Rachel Regina, pronouns she/her/hers, and I am the owner of Empowered Minds, established 2019. Prior to the start of Empowered Minds I worked as a Social Worker for the last twenty years in a variety of settings, from mental health centers to schools and with healthcare providers. I grew up in Southern New Jersey and relocated to Colorado in 2012, making it my home and favorite state to explore. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is certified in Intuitive Eating, my goal is to support and guide you in a way that respects your individual wants, needs, and aspirations. I seek to work with you in a way that best suits your personal needs while striving to maintain a positive, open-minded, and supportive outlook in every session.
