I have been working in the fitness industry for 15+ years and have spent those years as a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Trainer and Educator for other Fitness Professionals. I am passionate about creating a space in fitness based in social justice and body liberation, and Intuitive Eating is a critical component of that vision. I work with clients 1:1 and in groups, in person or virtually, to create a relationship with fitness and nutrition that honors their bodies and rejects diet culture to create joy and empowerment.
