Nina Struss RD, LDN shares a passion for helping others to learn to respect and love their bodies in the here and now. She hopes to work with individuals who are looking to heal their relationship with food and live a life free from diets and restriction. Nina is a "non-diet" dietitian and believes there is health at every size. She is especially passionate about helping women who are pregnant or postpartum. Nina currently provides virtual and in-person appointments for Intuitive Eating through her current job with Hy-Vee. At this time she is only seeing patients on a 1:1 basis working through the Intuitive Eating Workbook. She is licensed and able to see clients virtually for intuitive eating in the following states: Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska.
