MJ Schwartz

M.J. holds a B.A. in psychology from Smith College. In addition to being a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, they are currently in the process of becoming a certified yoga teacher in order to better assist in joyful movement options for all bodies. M.J. specializes in working with: * The LGBTQIA+ community, including those whose food issues are entwined with gender expression and presentation. * Disabled/chronically ill/ chronically in pain folks. * Those whose food issues arise from past food insecurity. *Kids, teens, and young adults * Parents from pregnancy/pre-adoption and on who are interested in raising Intuitive Eaters. Please note that you do not have to fall into one of these categories in order for us to be a fabulous fit!
