Mirelis Betances

Mirelis is a Registered Dietitian based out of New England, USA. She has almost a decade of experience working in the nutrition field, most recently, transitioning into the Intuitive Eating space. As a woman of color and as someone inhabiting a larger body, she personally identifies with the systemic struggles of embarking on the journey to a healthier relationship with food. Through one on one counseling sessions, Mirelis hopes to provide a safe place to explore a path to healing. Mirelis is bi-lingual (a native Spanish speaker), with the ability to cater to the Hispanic community and the unique road blocks that can present themselves there.
