I’m passionate about helping women make peace with food, learn to trust their bodies, and live their best lives. In addition to being an Intuitive Eating Counselor, I hold a Master of Public Health from the University of Michigan where I focused on health behavior and health education, was trained as a health coach at Duke Integrative Medicine and am a Certified Health Education Specialist. I currently work in health services research, but volunteer as a health coach and intuitive eating counselor at a local feminist health collective. I am also open to working with private clients interested in Intuitive Eating Coaching.
