Through a compassionate and an Intuitive Eating approach, I work together with clients to establish self-care practices centered around food, body, and movement. I understand that there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to nutrition and healing, and that the journey towards a better relationship with food and self can take time. My hope is that everyone I work with will embrace this journey and the freedom that comes from rejecting the diet mentality, trusting food and themselves, and finding joy in movement.
