Hi! I'm Marielle - a Registered Nutritionist specialising in non-diet nutrition for women. My mission is to help you ditch dieting by cultivating more compassion and self-care. After completion of my BSc (Hons) in Nutrition at King's College London, I have spent the last six years working in public health. Aware of the immense physical and psychological damage that dieting does, I trained as an Intuitive Eating Counsellor in early 2021 and my MSc in Psychology is ongoing.
