I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor and eating disorder therapist. I provide couselling and therapy for clients who are in recovery from eating disorders including anorexia, bulimia, orthorexia, and binge eating disorder. However I don’t believe that you need to be certain weight, have a certain BMI or have a diagnosable eating disorder in order to struggle with disordered eating. Anyone who is struggling with an unhealthy relationship to food and their body deserves to get the help and support that they need so that they can live a more fulfilling life. I also intuitive eating coaching to anyone who experiences the following: Dieting, rigid eating patterns, or counting calories Restriction of amount or certain types of food Binging or emotional eating An obsession with healthy eating or exercise Negative body image
