Lisa Zucker

Lisa Zucker MS, RD has been an RD for 15 years. She has a private practice in Louisville Colorado, where she runs small groups based on the principles of Intuitive Eating. New group IE classes offered virtually. She also sees patients one on one on a wide variety of nutrition related issues but always practices through an IE lens. Lisa worked for many years in weight loss at the University of Colorado, but after finding Intuitive Eating herself , to help heal disordered eating in her own life, has never looked back. This experience gives her a deeper understanding of the challenges we all face in moving away from this deep rooted diet cultural paradigm.
