I am a LMFT and LCSW in KY and IN. I received my masters in social work and marriage and family therapy in 2007 from the University of Louisville. I have been practicing in the clinical setting with individuals, families and couples, ever since. I found intuitive eating by happen stance and it completely changed my world view. I knew once it changed my life, there was no going back. I am excited to continue sharing my knowledge and experiences with Intuitive Eating and challenging diet culture. My private practice, Intentional Connections Counseling, LLC, has a treatment focus of anxiety, depression, life transitions, and body neutrality, while incorporating Intuitive Eating principles.
