I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in NC and I counsel people to wellness through facilitating an understanding of self, creating insight, and encouraging positive change. My specialty areas include, anxiety, depression, body image, intuitive eating, identity exploration, sensitivities (Highly Sensitive People), and boundary setting. I provide clinical mental health counseling to children, adolescents, and adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Relational Cultural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, strengths-based approach, biofeedback/HRV, and mindfulness techniques. My therapy practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and welcoming. Evening hours are offered via telemental health using a HIPAA compliant platform. Weekend hours are offered both in-person and via telemental health.
