I am a clinical psychologist, licensed in the state of Georgia. I received my doctoral degree from UCLA, and my BA from Cornell University. I have worked in a variety of treatment settings, including outpatient mental health, college student counseling, and a medical treatment center, and I have been in private practice since 2011. My therapeutic approach is grounded in humanistic and mindfulness based therapies. I recognize that each person comes to my practice in a different place, and I value working together to find what is most helpful to each individual. In addition to offering traditional psychotherapy, I have expertise in teaching mindfulness and Intuitive Eating. Ultimately, I believe that a collaborative, supportive therapeutic relationship is most important to the process of growth and healing.
