Lindsay Baker

I have been a practicing registered dietitian for over 14 years. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, a Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Food Science and completed her didactic dietetic internship at the University of Rhode Island. I am also board certified both locally and nationally as a diabetes educator. Throughout my years of experience as an RD I have worked with many individuals struggling with both eating disorders and disordered eating. I am passionate about helping clients heal their relationship with food and achieve a full and enjoyable life without dieting. I work with clients using a non-diet approach that is unique and individual to each person. By avoiding strict fad diets and rigid diets, an individual often achieves improved health outcomes as well as a healthier relationship with food.
