I'm a certified Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, Mental Wellness Coach, and Intuitive Eating Counselor. In my previous job, I was a Recreation Therapist working in Mental Health. As an intuitive eater, I understand the correlation between one's relationship with food and their mental health. I've struggled with chronic dieting and disordered eating in the past, but my life changed when I found Intuitive Eating. Not only did I improve my relationship with food, I also improved my relationship with myself. I've since applied an intuitive approach to many other area's in my life, which helped me achieve balance, joy, and fulfilment. My goal is to help others achieve the same!
