Leah Gorham, MPH, RD

Leah Gorham, MPH, RD, CDN (she/her) is an anti-diet registered dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor passionate about helping people ditch food rules and diets and reclaim trust with their bodies. Her philosophy is based in the theory of Intuitive Eating and focuses on improving one’s relationship with food and embracing a holistic view of health. Leah graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management and worked in the financial field for several years before following her passion and pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from Montclair State University. After completing her dietetic internship at Hunter College and went on to obtain a Master of Public Health from the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health & Health Policy. Leah has previously worked as a retail dietitian and at various levels of care at Monte Nido eating disorder treatment centers.
