She has a Masters of Science in Nutrition for Wellness and has taught nutrition workshops for groups and as adjunct faculty at the university level. She loves doing virtual individual nutrition counseling and is interested in doing online Intuitive Eating groups as well. She focuses on whole foods and principles of motivation and behavior change and believes in a holistic, whole-person approach. She cares about your physical and mental health, will meet you where you’re at, and will try her very best to help you feel better.
