Kristyn Triplett

I am a registered dietitian and meditation teacher. I work alongside my clients helping them break free from dieting, accept their bodies, and find peace with food through intuitive eating coaching, meditation practices, and spending time in nature. I truly believe eating can be an art. An art without rigid rules and guilt. Prior to starting my private practice, I have worked in a variety of clinical settings including long term care and bariatrics. I completed my Master's of Science in dietetics June 2014 from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I completed my 200 meditation teacher training December 2021. I am the creator of reWild private practice offering intuitive eating coaching and meditation services virtually. I will have reWild openings starting late May! I can't wait to work along side you!
