She works with individuals managing nutrition-related medical conditions, weight concerns and disordered eating. Her nutrition therapy facilitates informative food interactions, examines lived-experiences and identifies core values. For young clients, she counsels parents on child nutrition and feeding behaviors, and works with adolescents directly, as indicated. For clients experiencing heart health, digestive troubles and food allergies & intolerances, she helps them preserve nutrition quality of life.
