Hello! I am really excited to be a part of the Intuitive Eating community. As many others, I've personally experienced failed diet after diet that has lead to a spiral of shame and poor body image. I can personally attest to the weight that is lifted by learning to understand and trust your body signals. As someone who continues to challenge the diet culture, I am dedicated and passionate to support others through their journey towards full body, emotional, and spiritual health. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado and have been practicing independently since 2008. Through my work, I've integrated mindfulness based practices that help support adults and youth through challenging life events. These skills are aligned with Intuitive Eating and the process to heal your mind and body that has been impacted by negative thoughts and physical deprivation. I will stand along side and support you on your path to living your best, most attuned self.
