I am a nurse, Health Coach and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and yoga teacher. I have struggled with my weight for most of my life. I know the havoc dieting does on your self esteem and quality of life. I help women finally make peace with food and with themselves. As a plus sized gal I have fought the fight to be thin and gained 100 lbs over the years as a result. I have found freedom from emotional overeating, bingeing and punishing myself for not being able to stick to a diet. I have finally found my power over food and I am here to help women do the same.
