Hello! I am an LCSW and therapist licensed in the state of FL. I received my MSW from Columbia University in NYC, working in both inpatient and outpatient hospital settings. I currently work as a psychotherapist in private practice and see clients both in person in my north Tampa office, and via telehealth for clients throughout the state of FL. I am passionate about helping people on their Intuitive Eating journey and it is something I have both personal and professional experience navigating! If you are stuck in the never-ending diet cycle, struggling with body image, or simply need someone to talk to about the diet-obsessed culture we live in, I would love to see if I am a good fit. My style is very relaxed, allowing my clients to easily feel comfortable and share what is on their mind. I am currently accepting clients both via telehealth and in-person in Carrollwood.
