Hey there! I'm Katie, a Registered Dietitian working in the eating disorder field. My overall goal is to help my clients establish a conducive relationship with their bodies and become proficient in intuitive eating. Currently, I reside in Bozeman, Montana where I live with my two dogs, spending time in the mountains through camping, trail running, and snowboarding. Knowing that mountain towns come with an increased level of disordered eating due to the never-ending year-round activities, I have made it my life's mission to help people understand that health doesn't have a "look" and that food and morality are two concepts that do NOT go together.
