I am a certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and a PhD student at the University of Auckland. My PhD research is exploring the use of Intuitive Eating as a health promotion framework for adolescents. I also have a keen research interest in eating disorder prevention & early intervention, and how accessible frameworks such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and IE can be effectively delivered in the community.
