I am an empathetic, positive, caring and kind woman who wants to help people embrace Intuitive Eating so they can change their relationship with food. I have been on many diets in my life and feel so much better letting the diet mentality go and becoming an Intuitive Eater. I am married to my wonderful husband Rich and have a daughter Katie and a son Ryan. My son and his wife Chrissy have 2 beautiful daughters, Alanna and Ava. I love to cook, paint, garden, walk and hike and love to travel.
