In my practice, I utilize trauma informed care, body neutrality, health at every size/intuitive eating, elements of spirituality, and other various types of therapy, tailored to your unique needs. I also offer ketamine assisted psychotherapy, as an intensive adjunct to traditional psychotherapy. As your therapist, I will help guide you in the direction of your goals, as we work through challenges and build skills. Together, we can begin the healing process, and discover your most authentic self.
