Kathleen Meehan

Kathleen Meehan MS, RD is a non-diet dietitian with a virtual private practice. She specializes in Intuitive Eating and disordered eating recovery, and uses a weight-inclusive approach to help clients manage medical conditions and concerns. Kathleen is passionate about satisfying foods and respectful care for all bodies. Utilizing the framework of HAES and the non-diet approach, Kathleen's intention is to help people reconnect to the needs of their bodies, utilizing self-compassion, curiosity, and the practice of self-care. She is dedicated to helping others enhance peace and well-being through an increased awareness of inner wisdom and past experience. Kathleen partners with clients to help them rediscover the pleasure and satisfaction of food, while exploring unhelpful beliefs to reduce the stress of eating. She holds licensure in many different states, and is grateful to work with people across the country (licensure includes TX, FL, OH, GA, MT, IL, MD, DE, SC, TN and more). She has an undergraduate nutrition degree and a Master’s of Science from Boston University in Nutritional Sciences. Outside of counseling, Kathleen enjoys a good book, spending time outside (especially her hometown of Vermont!), and being with loved ones.
