Hey! I am Katherine Kimber, a Registered non-diet Dietitian Nutritionist and I am on a mission to #StripTheNonsense and set you free from dieting and confusing nutrition information. My area of interest and specialty lies in supporting those who struggle with disordered eating behaviours (binge eating, loss of control, emotional eating, eating in the absence of hunger). I am also able to support those who require dietary advice for diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, IBS/gut health issues, or sporting needs. I am highly experienced in providing motivational support and holds a Diploma in Neurolinguistic Programming. I offer one to one nutrition consultations over video call so I am able to support you from anywhere in the world. ***BACKGROUND*** I graduated from Kings College London with a BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics (First Class Honours) and a Masters in Clinical Research (Distinction). I have an NHS background and spent the earlier part of my career practicing in the NHS (predominately in Barts Health NHS Trust) in a number of clinical specialties, before moving into private practice. I am a member of the British Dietetics Association, and I am professionally registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
