Kali Gilday

Kali helps clients to ditch the diet mentality and find food freedom with individualized, personalized 1:1 nutrition support. She works with those with eating disorders and disordered eating to heal their relationship with food by guiding them to their internal wisdom in what, when, and how to eat. Kali utilizes a Non-Diet approach, which helps clients learn how to make eating choices from a place of self-care and connection to their bodies, instead of from a place of self-punishment or culturally-influenced food "rules." Her hope is that clients rediscover the pleasure in eating, stop chronic dieting, and make peace with food.
