Hi, I’m Julie! I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and passionate Intuitive Eating practitioner. I’ve been practicing nutrition therapy for over 6 years after finishing my bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Sciences at the University of Dayton, and my master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition at the University of Pittsburgh. What you can expect in working with me is a supportive and empathetic environment. By listening to my client’s histories, challenges and experiences, I help them find a peaceful relationship with food, body, movement and self-care. Practicing from a HAES®, weight-inclusive, intuitive eating lens, allows my clients to feel empowered in the process of appreciating and listening to their body’s needs.
