Julie Cole

My name is Julie Cole, MS, RDN, CEDRD, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I am a graduate from the Natural Gourmet Institute Chef Training Program. I have obtained two Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Florida; first in Family, Youth and Community Services, secondly in Food Science and Human Nutrition with a focus in Dietetics. I completed a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at University of North Florida. My path into dietetics developed out of my love for food. At the Natural Gourmet Institute, I was taught how to balance the diet to promote health. My passion is improving people’s relationship with food utilizing my clinical and culinary experience.
