I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Intuitive Eating counselor with a passion for helping women heal their relationships with food, movement, and body image. I use the principles of intuitive eating combined with psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy to help women break the cycle of dieting and pain around food and body. I come from a weight-neutral perspective and work within a HAES (Health at Every Size) framework.
