I've healed my own relationship with my body and now journey with women into the worthwhile work of reclaiming their relationship with their bodies, food, and movement. Through rejecting diet culture's notion of perfection, I guide women in reclaiming the joy in movement, food, and body awareness. More than simply improving body image, I work with brave women to return to their bodies as their homes.
