Hello! I am a registered dietitian nutritionist that is passionate about helping my clients feel well in their bodies and cultivate a nurturing relationship with food. I am the founder of Nourish for Life - a private practice based in Cambridge, MA. Our practice specializes in eating disorders, intuitive eating, digestive health, and sports nutrition. My interest in nutrition began with my love for food and cooking and evolved from my desire to improve my own health. I have a diverse set of experiences in the field of nutrition: I have worked in the hospital inpatient and outpatient setting, corporate wellness, and community nutrition. I have taught nutrition at UMass Lowell, as well as at my alma mater Boston University, and provided counseling to university students at The Boston Conservatory at Berklee and Boston College. I am a certified Intuitive Eating counselor, and have a special interest in working with folks who are ready to break free from the chains of diet culture and learn to listen to their bodies. My work is rooted in social justice, and I believe that all cultural foods fit into a healthful eating style. My approach to counseling is curious and client-led, and I utilize many therapeutic modalities in my work. I also specialize in digestive health, with specific interest in IBS, IBD, allergies and intolerances. I have training in gut-directed hypnotherapy from Boston Behavioral Medicine and can offer this to my GI clients. Now that you know more about me, let me know how I can help you!
