Isa Robinson

Isa Robinson is registered associate nutritionist (ANutr) specialising in eating disorders, disordered eating and nutrition for mental health. She firmly believes that the way we think and feel about food is just as important as what’s on our plates and that all foods can fit in a varied and balanced diet. Isa completed her masters in Eating Disorders and Clinical Nutrition at University College London, obtaining a distinction and has gone on to undertake reputable training in body image, intuitive eating and nutritional psychiatry. Her most recent research was presented at the European Eating Disorders Conference in Paris and is currently under review for publication in the European Eating Disorders Review. Isa has undertaken placements within the NHS and private settings and currently works for two London based clinics as well as in private practice.
