Isabella Randazzo

Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/therapist at the Bridge Family Center in West Hartford and Avon, CT. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families with various concerns including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma and chronic stress, and divorce/separation. My passion area is working with clients who struggle with poor body image, an unhealthy relationship with food and/or exercise, and disordered eating, but I am also knowledgeable in picky eating and ARFID. I use an anti-diet/HAES approach that reduces pressure to lose weight, encourages exploration of food without rigid food rules, and increases attunement with food, mind, and body. I truly believe that my clients are the experts in their lives, and sometimes, we just need a little extra support in our food freedom journey.
