I became a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor after seeing that so many of my clients have struggled with body image, chronic dieting and a poor relationship with food. I practice from a Weight-Inclusive, Health at Every Size approach, supporting clients to make peace with food, while learning how to care for and nourish their body.
