Hattie is an Associate Registered Nutritionist with a strong passion for helping anybody who is struggling in their relationship with food. Hattie has a person-centred, non-diet approach with her clients and is aligned with Health At Every Size. Working with Hattie could include ditching diet culture, learning about how to become an intuitive eater, and improving body image. Hattie holds a first-class degree in BSc (Hons) Nutrition, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Nutritional Studies. Hattie is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor and has completed training in Advanced Counselling Skills with the London Centre for Intuitive Eating.
