I completed my Bachelor's degree and Master's in Nutrition Communication at Ryerson University and have been working in the field for the past 5 years. I currently work as a non-diet dietitian with a weight inclusive approach to my practice. I am passionate in helping women at all different life stages achieve their optimal health, while establishing a healthy and positive relationship with food and their body. Providing an environment that is safe and judgement free is very important to me.
