Gail Kardish

Gail Kardish is a registered dietitian who has been working with clients struggling with eating disorders, addictions, depression and anxiety since 2007. Gail is a non-diet dietitian who uses a Health At Every Size(HAES) approach to help clients develop a healthier relationship with food as well as with the body that they are in. She graduated from McGill University with degrees in biology(2002) and nutritional science(2005) and has since been a member of Dietitians of Canada and the College of Dietitians of Ontario.
