Emily Roberts

Emily Roberts, OTR/L, CTP is a board-certified occupational therapist and the owner of the virtual, integrative wellness practice, Wellness Rooted Within, LLC. She is passionate about helping women heal their relationship with food and their bodies through approaching wellness from a place of compassion, rather than obsession. She spent years of her life struggling through perfectionism, poor body image, and disordered eating behaviors that ultimately caused lack of participation in meaningful activities and dysfunction in her body. Through intuitive eating and a lot of prayer, Emily was able to ditch diet culture, break free from body shame, and come home to her body.
