I fell in love with the Intuitive Eating approach, and am passionate about sharing the physiological, biological, and emotional aspects of Intuitive Eating. I have experienced my own food freedom as a result of learning about IE, and want all of my patients and clients to experience that same freedom and empowerment to truly know themselves and their design!
